Our modern factory houses high technology CNC punching equipment, providing speed, accuracy and cost savings for customers.

Our LVD/Strippit 1250 has the following specs:

20 Tonne Punching Capacity

20 Stations

3 x 90mm Auto Index Stations

Sheet Size: 3050 x 1250mm with auto repositioning

600 Hits Per Minute

CNC punching at ACS is backed by our programming department, which can receive program files via e-mail or disk in various CAD formats including but not limited to: DXF, native Solid Edge, Solid Works & AutoCAD Inventor files.

While many large sheet metal fabricators are eager to receive customers’ files, often this is where communication ceases until the finished product is delivered to the customer. Commonly an error occurs in programming due to miscommunication resulting in costly delays for the customer if the product has to be remanufactured.

At ACS we have the attitude that “No one knows your product better than you.” So we encourage direct communication with the programmer responsible for your job who will be responsible for not only programming your job but overseeing your project from start to finish.

We have an open door policy where we welcome customers to call or come in and discuss the job with the programmer in detail.

We offer custom metal fabrication services, ranging from precision CNC bending, CNC punching, MIG/TIG welding.  

Our facility is equipped to handle Prototype, Short & long run production work. We can work with steel, stainless steel, aluminium, carbon steel, copper or brass.
